Almost perfect
It is very annoying that every time you open the app, you get hit with a full screen ad. Please move the ad to the top or bottom of the screen. Do that, I’ll give you 5 stars

Audio drops out multiple times a day, which is frustrating on its own—but it’s a dealbreaker on Alexa devices, where you can’t easily restart the stream. What should be a reliable, hands-free experience instead requires constant manual intervention just to work.
In the past, the app has also started playing audio on its own without warning. Between the random playback and frequent cutouts, it’s hard to trust it at all.
What’s most frustrating is that these issues aren’t new. This app has had reliability problems in various forms for years, despite being marketed as a “new” experience.
This should be a basic expectation: stable playback that just works. Right now, it doesn’t.

Ads annoying many interrupting
What’s up with this app ? Ads disrupting Ranger games in mid play. Plus you get the same ads beating in your head multiple times Please fix it’s annoying

Too many ads
Every Rangers broadcast cuts to ads multiple times while the game is ongoing. Not just during stoppages in play but also during play. This app is horrible!
FIX IT!
Audio constantly cuts out. It’s one thing when using the all in your phone and you have to start the stream manually again. But it makes it basically worthless when using it on an Alexa connected device. Before this little problem it would just start playing on its own not of nowhere. How much does it take to just make an app that just damn works? Surely it can’t be this complicated

This all is worse than the ESPN. Randomly goes off, when you try to listen live, it’s 10 mins of ads for 2 mins of content.

Great quality, frustrating ads
The app itself is great, easy to use with fantastic audio quality. However, during live games it’s very frustrating and annoying when an ad plays outside of the commercial breaks. Several times an ad has interrupted the broadcast in the middle of goals! Why can’t ads be played over the actual radio ads???

The app is great as far as listening to the shows and podcasts but the app just randomly turns on. I have been in work meetings or my phone is sitting on the table and espn radio stars blaring! It’s very frustrating they need to fix that bug! The app is not on in the background and I clear it o my iPhone but it still turns on randomly. I can’t be the only one that this happens to.

Please fix this app
App randomly starts playing on my iPhone. Stream very frequently doesn’t work until killing and reloading app. Advertisement splash screen is too aggressive.

Love the app listen to it everyday! But one thing I’ve noticed as an apple user the app will just randomly play on it’s own please fix this
Turns on by itself
This app turns on by itself and just starts blasting. Whether the phone is resting and charging it just turns on. I’ve deleted and re downloaded, updated iOS, doesn’t matter still does it!
