Uncooked, buggy tech

Good idea, but their code is poorly executed and the support from the developers is useless. Even sending them a short example code that demonstrated their library issues was ignored.

I’ve worked in ISV support in the past and realize that no code is perfect. What makes middle service successful is the support and it’s utterly lacking here.
