Loyalty does not work on latest update. Not a good experience
App does not work at all
The app is buggy and does not let you sign up, log in, review menus, order or collect stamps. It’s completely unusable.
So fiddly and cumbersome to get to QR code
Very fiddly and cumbersome to get into and get the QR code. Often logged out / not responding for seemingly no reason. No Apple Wallet support. Hard to read light coloured text on light coloured background.

Pointless
This app is terrible. Worked ok for the first few weeks but now when I open it, it just says ‘Oops Something Went Wrong’. Please fix this
Unhelpful
Changed the app without warning. Logged in expecting balances etc to be transferred. Nothing, no customer service support lost the balance. Also really fiddly to get to scanning code. Old app much better. Why change???
Doesn’t work
Four times I’ve been in to Esquires recently. Not one purchase has registered. They don’t seem bothered by it. Will go elsewhere.
Meaningless app
There is nothing at all that you can do on this app. According to the app, the store is open at 5am for one minute until 5.01 am.
Useless
So my local Esquires has decided to ‘upgrade’ their loyalty scene to app only, no warning. Downloaded this app as instructed, but no facility to a) ask for help, or b) link my existing card and points onto the app. My loyalty is being sorely tested, useless app, useless system, useless customer interface. 😡

Rubbish app loyalty and QR don’t work!
I downloaded and registered the all in May. First attempt to get QR code to read…. Failure.
2nd time at a different location, same problem. Checked all the obvious and nowt!
