This app is beyond terrible
I work at CVS pharmacy, they decided to use this app to schedule time off and I’ve been unable to enter through scanning the QR code or entering a code or anything. I don’t know why but I’ve tried everything. I just want to schedule time off!!!
Title
Awful company awful app
Unconditional drop overload
Can’t login in. App reads “Unconditional drop overload,” so can’t see my schedule or even login.
Horrible
Horrible
This app kinda sucks. 🤷🏻♀️
Sure, it gets the job done.
But not conveniently or well. 😒It crashes, it’s slow, and it gives you the vibe of early 2000’s technology.

Why would a company use this
Sign in just doesn’t work. Period
Face ID
Will you please, for the love of god, enable Face ID so we don’t have to put in username and password EVERY TIME! 😩
Log on Failure
I Can NOT log in to Reflexis. 4 of my very competent managers Can Not get me logged in either. Obviously from the other reviews & 1.4 rating this ap is garbage.

App notification
Hi I get notifications in the app that things have changed but how do I access to see what has changed anyone? Give me some help
Problems logging in
Usually this app works fine, but I’m having a problem logging in to look at my schedule
Worst app to ever be made
Always bugging out and can never login in when I need to. For the past two weeks I’ve been having to print my schedule out at work because this horrendous app refuses to work. You guys can’t design an app for s.h.i.t
Half-Measures
I’ve been redirected to the newest app. I had an announcement that ended in three dots after the words;is moving. Thank you for providing an improvement
I feel sorry for everyone who has to use this app for work.
I genuinely hate using this app. The request system is confusing, unintuitive, and there are zero clear instructions or explanations for how anything works. You’re basically expected to figure it out by trial and error, which is frustrating when it involves your actual schedule.
Logging in is also unnecessarily annoying. My saved password doesn’t auto-fill—I have to go digging through my saved passwords every single time just to log in. On top of that, the app takes way longer than it should just to load, and I’ve been put in a bind multiple times waiting on it.
Even worse, if I swipe away from the app for a couple minutes, it logs me out and I have to go through the entire login process all over again—which, again, is not quick or convenient.
The design itself doesn’t help either. The graphics are honestly just ugly and unappealing, which makes the whole experience feel even more clunky and outdated.
The biggest issue though is notifications. There’s no option for me to turn on push notifications when a new schedule is posted or when a request is approved or denied. Apparently that’s something the employer has to enable, which makes no sense. This is an app meant for employees to manage and view their schedules—why wouldn’t employees have control over something that basic?
There’s also no option to set your preferred default view. I should be able to open the app and see my week summary right away instead of having to switch from summary details every single time. It’s a small thing, but it adds up when you’re using the app regularly.
At this point, it’s honestly easier for me to just screenshot my schedule and check it from my photos than it is to deal with this app. That alone says everything.
Overall, it’s frustrating, poorly designed, and somehow manages to overcomplicate everything while still missing the features that actually matter.

Would give it 0 if I could.
Can’t even login to the stupid thing.
Log in failure
I can’t log in. It forced me to log in online through safari and now I can’t sign in
Terrible
I updated my phone to the iOS 26 n I tried to log back into the app to see my schedule but it keeps saying error n I’m getting frustrated I don’t know what to do at this point I should have never updated my phone 🤦🏽♀️
Struggle logging in
So I have the password but for some reason I have to search my passwords to fill this out and I have to put a code in from messages ALL the time. This is not practical at all. I would also appreciate notifications so I don’t have to do this ALL the time.
Frequently can’t sign in
Often can’t sign in if you’ve used the app earlier in the day, need a screen/app refresh option
