Glitches and Run Slow
Although this app has many options and features to choose from it runs very slow. I have difficulties finding work for scheduling. I always get notified about available shifts for the same week however, one minute the app shows availability next minute it doesn’t show (happens back & forth). This app needs a serious update.

Whole weeks missing
App is meant to show three to four weeks of schedules. Whole weeks often are missing, saying “schedule not published for this week”. However the week following the missing week shows up, so why is this and why does it keep happening? Zebra appear to only be able to produce limited, clunky interfaces that don’t work efficiently or effectively

Personalization feature
I love this app! Honestly, I haven’t had many issues. Sure, it logs me out sometimes, but I always press the “keep me logged in” button, and all I have to do is press two buttons to log back in.
However, I am upset about the recent update because the personalization features for adding your own photo don’t work anymore. Please fix it!!! I loved that feature 😭

Work???
Complete and utter chaos this does not work in any shape or form o have been working with this company for 25 years and you still cannot come up with a simple solution for people to get their timetable right how are we supposed to know when we are supposed to be in work?????

This app is not intuitive at all. whoever designed this app has never worked a non 9-5 job a day in their life.

Painful
I find the auto logging out every. Single. Day. Genuinely infruiating. Is it really necessary? Beyond that I do like the clocking in and out easy. Once I wrapped my mind around the bizzarre holiday system, it's alright. Just please, do something about the logging out!
This App is HORRIBLE
This app is required for my job and it functions poorly and inconsistently in a number of ways. It will constantly log you out, store associates are unable to see the schedule for the week for the whole team, just their own, and the interface is not visually appealing. The picture for the app is literally an empty contact photo like it’s a new Facebook account or something. Whoever did this certainly did it quickly, and without much care.

Useless
Who the heck made this useless app and actually had companies use it and be ok with it! This is a basic broken and horrible app that never works and every update breaks or removes something useful!
Terrible app. Remove this from the store
I’ve been trying to get work at a retail store, but occasionally I would try to log into the app and it will say an error has occurred. I’ve tried everything, and my old job’s HR system was incredibly slow and I would like to say, unprofessional. I don’t know how y’all cooperate with this app, there’s better systems out there.

This app gets worse and worse
ESS 45 always has had an issue with constantly logging users out of the app, but over the last month or two it’s got even worse. Really annoying and real waste of time.

No Help At All
I literally just started my new job and they use this app for scheduling. After two days of using it the app won’t even open for me anymore. It simply says “unconditional drop overload” which literally doesn’t tell me anything. I’ve tried location the customer support, software support, and FAQ pages of both the app itself and the parent company and all of the links lead to error pages. Simple ridiculous considering how many companies utilize this service and other services that the parent company provides.

Absolutely awful and non functional
The app used to work fine. I used to be able to submit my time I used to be able to do a lot of things now I can do none of those things. All I can do is just look to see when I’m scheduled and nothing else the main purpose of this app is for me to submit my time and I can no longer do that fix this

TERRIBLE
Okay so it’s telling me my password expired or what not. Then I re log in and all, and it brings me to a QR scanning page. It does this at some random day. I tried everything.

Have to use this for work purposes mostly for viewing shifts. It is by far the most buggy app I have on my phone. Regularly unable to log in with no details of what the issue is. Badly coded, how did this garbage pass review to get onto the App Store

The app keeps buffering & won’t allow me to log in. It was working perfectly fine up until today.

ESS 45 Zebra makes scheduling much harder than it should be. Biometric scans don’t work and just freeze the app. Can’t log in even if I know for a fact my username and password are both correct. Website works alright though.
