I did the update but can’t get in!

The n able to get into my account. Click on update and it continues saying to update. This app is not working. It needs to be fix immediately as people need to access their accounts. Thank you

New Uodate
I cannot update and it download this new app. I love ESSA but this technology is simply not user friendly and it “experiences” problems more than its working it seems. Also it’s become more difficult to speak to a real person when calling for help.

i can’t get into my acct! You say to click to update which I did but it just goes to App and when you click to open it sends me back to say Click to update again!!!!!

This is the worst App and worst the update ever! You tell me I need to update you asked me for every password I need and have and when I use my password you tell no…. I am using the correct pass word Please do-redo this all App over and make your customer happy.

Extremely poor rating
Some businesses don’t seem to understand that not everyone has access to the internet and or an updated newer version of a cellphone. I can’t update the older version of The Essa Bank app that I have on my cellphone to a new version to log onto my account on it because the cellphone I have isn’t up to date with it’s services of IOS. Right now, getting a new cellphone is not on my priority list.

I’ve downloaded the app and kept it up to date but that’s all I can do! When I try opening it, it crashes! 🤦🏻♀️
Can’t get into my banking
I just downloaded and it says that I have to download a new Version but I can’t it’s already up-to-date. But I can’t still get in. My other bank pnc I could get in and it says that I could bypass the download. Please help me with this.
