I have this subscription and it does not work!!! Can’t access any recipes at all. Says I need to upgrade and I am upgraded.

I purchased the upgrade

And it doesn’t work. It keeps prompting me to upgrade again, but obviously won’t work because it’s already been upgraded. So it just won’t unlock the paid features. So it just takes your money and doesn’t deliver.
