App isn’t working
The app isn’t loading or is partially loaded. Obviously some fixes need to be made. I haven’t been able to use it in over a month and I won’t continue to pay for it, especially if it’s not beneficial. Overall great app when it’s working.
Premium Membership doesn’t work
I paid for a premium membership on Sept 17,2023 and the premium features do not work and vendor has not responded to my emails. Don’t pay for the Premium Membership.
Free gets you nothing
I downloaded the app and didn’t pay for the subscription and it gives you no information what so ever. If you are looking for truly free information on essential oils, this is NOT the app for you.
Can’t sign up or login
Says email already in use then I try login says invalid username/password, then I press I forgot password and nothing happens doesn’t send email
App stopped working
Diffuser blend of the day stopped updating. No access to the other features like recipes, etc.
