App isn’t working
The app isn’t loading or is partially loaded. Obviously some fixes need to be made. I haven’t been able to use it in over a month and I won’t continue to pay for it, especially if it’s not beneficial. Overall great app when it’s working.
Premium Membership doesn’t work
I paid for a premium membership on Sept 17,2023 and the premium features do not work and vendor has not responded to my emails. Don’t pay for the Premium Membership.
Free gets you nothing
I downloaded the app and didn’t pay for the subscription and it gives you no information what so ever. If you are looking for truly free information on essential oils, this is NOT the app for you.
Can’t sign up or login
Says email already in use then I try login says invalid username/password, then I press I forgot password and nothing happens doesn’t send email
App stopped working
Diffuser blend of the day stopped updating. No access to the other features like recipes, etc.

Paid for a year subscription and doesn’t work
Paid for a year subscription but the app never worked or even had a response to my email to their support. Very disappointing.
Not happy
Downloaded this app and paid to upgrade but still can’t access my account as it says I need to upgrade which I did and says I have paid my subscription but still won’t let me see the upgraded version. I also paid for the year which it says will end in September 2023 . 😠
Don’t waste your money
Everything pretty much stopped working as soon as I bought the subscription (yearly). I requested help and received no response. I really liked the idea behind the app, but it’s nothing but a disappointment. Don’t bother with this.
Do not invest your money in this
Aside from the guide and recipes the app abruptly stopped working within a week of my payment of $39.99 (for the year). The search fields never worked nor the profile. Its intended idea was great, but don’t bother with it, stick to the brand website.

I’m loving the doTERRA Essential Oils Guide! It is the best one when it comes to blending essential oils.
Awesome essential oil app!
I’ve been using this doTERRA Essential Oils Guide for awhile and it’s great but today it’s just loading a blank white page. I’m in an essential oil group and several people are having the same issue. PLEASE FIX.
Less than 24 hours later it's a favorite
I love this doTERRA Essential Oils Guide and I've only had it for less than a day. I only wish that there was a way for people to get in contact with each other so they could talk about oils as well as sharing blends. It would be a great way for people to share other oil information and teach newbies how to get started!

Great concept has yet to work for me
When I open the doTERRA Essential Oils Guide I usually get the spinning wheel of death or it takes FOREVER to update or never updates at all.
Is this app making use of all scientific data?
I absolutely LOVE this app! If you're doing DoTERRA as a business (and even if you're just a user of the oils this app is loaded with education), LOVE about it is the contact manager - it includes an drip campaign! Your customers will always have excellent
It’s good, but...
The overall design and functionality of the doTERRA Essential Oils Guide is very good, no crashing. But there are aren’t a lot of herbs included, just basic ones.

Creating a healthy diet
The app is a great platform for all the recipes I need for a healthy diet. I wanted to use this app as much as when I see this on the store. Very much useful for each and every home or individual.
