With all the great reviews I thought this would be better. I have enough reference books, both hard copy as well as electronic, so this did not impress me at all. I wish I had seen when the last update had been made before I purchased (hint: It has been quite a while) as it would have saved me the $6.99. Lesson learned.

Unable to see content
I just purchased this app yesterday as reviews looked great and engagement seemed high.
However after opening/loading the app, I did not see any content. When I switch tabs (from oils to blends) I eventually get content for ONE of the categories. This makes me wonder if a) the whooping prize of $6.99 is justified and b) if this app is still being improved on. At this point I would not recommend this app.

Misleading app
This app is worthless. I bought it with the intent of knowing what oil to use for what issue. This has been taken away and is no longer available on this app. Waste of money!! Company just keeps saying they are reformatting the app. Well, they have been reformatting for over a year and this option is still not available. Do not waste your money! There are better apps out there!!

I used to love it, now not at all!
This app used to be my go-to for help with ailments. Now the whole ailment section is gone. Please fix! I paid for this when it was the best essential oil app. I hope it will be fixed soon and not a total waste of money.

Missing oils
This is a great app, and so handy to have and look up the oils and the blends, and what they are good for.
I just looked up Jojoba, and it’s not included. It makes me wonder how many others oils are missing from the list. Including all oils will help oil users in their selections as they continue to use YL oils.
Also, as another reviewer pointed out, it would be helpful to have a list of ailments and the recipes suggested for each. This, again, will help the consumer make the most out of their use of YL products.
I recommend that that you keep updating and developing this up.

Search function doesn’t
The search function within the app does not function. This app would benefit from a cross-referencing capable/key word search function, and definitely needs more specific info about the best uses for each oil.

This app use to be so much better
I bought this app when it had some of the greatest resources for ailments and much more guidance and information than they do now. Why did you take the best part of your app away? I wish I could get a refund to buy an app that I can actually use.
Disappointing
How long until the app is reformatted/reformulated? I read reviews and then later realized I read reviews from a year ago or more. Had I searched for reviews from the last few months I would not have purchased this app. How do I go about getting a refund?

Not what I expected from YL. Sadly this was $6.99😳 wasted. This feels like an app from 10 years ago. Not easy to search ailments, oil descriptions are very technical and they're are no suggested uses or recipes. I see most responses for over the past year are "...we are reformulating the app"🤷♀️
Ailment section
I bought this app just now under the impression you void search various ailments to find an appropriate oil for. I get the app downloaded and there aren’t any search options for an ailment. I wouldn’t have paid the money for the app if I had have know your couldn’t search!
Disappointed
Purchased this app b/c it was supposed to have a ailment tab. Complete waste of money as it no longer has it and the it is slow as molasses to even open. I’d like my money back. If your thinking about getting this, read the recent reviews, wish I would have....
Would have been 5 star until they changed the app
I liked the app so much better when it had an ailments section. I don’t find this app as beneficial or as useful as it once was. If ailments section returns I would gladly change my review. Until then can I get a refund this app does nothing that it is supposed to and is quite useless and a waste of money. Don’t purchase this app unless you want to throw your money away.

I used to love this app, but for some reason the “Ailments” tab disappeared. That was my go-to tab when I needed to find which oils to use for a particular ailment. May have to uninstall and find a different app that is more user friendly and meets my needs.
Sadly Unimpressed
I used to really love this app, as it explained oil compositions, usage, etc. I particularly loved the ailment section, as it explained what oils to use and how for specific ailments. However, the ailment section has recently disappeared. As a result, I do not feel the app is worth the money. It is informative about oils, in general, but does not explain (as in detail) the practical uses of the oils.

Are used to agree with others about this app. I paid for this app with the intent of using it to find quick answers to what works for what ailment. This option is no longer available.I wrote to the software people to find out why and they only stated that they were reformatting. I feel I was scammed into buying it. I previously recommended this app, but now find it to be pretty useless.

Used to be a great App, not anymore.
I bought this app to help me figure out what oils go with what ailments. This app used to give me a list of ailments and tell me what essential oils help. Although the past 3 months the app has taken away this feature. I emailed the App’s technical support and they didn’t help. I ended up calling the YoungLiving company and they said this isn’t an App from their company, this is a 3rd party app. I’m disappointed that they took away the ailments, but then to find out it’s not even YoungLiving is so disappointing. The $7 dollars isn’t worth it anymore

No Ailments?
Someone recommended this app to me because you could search by oil singles, oil blends, and ailments. I mainly wanted the ailments feature, but once I purchased it, I don’t see it? Someone sent me screenshots where the ailments were, but it’s like that section is non-existent for my app. I’ve never paid for an app—ever—and I felt like this would be worth it, but it’s not.

At first I loved it. It had an ailment section where I could look up a problem and find information and recipes. I felt that I had spent my money well. Just recently however, the ailment section has disappeared from the app. I feel a bit duped. I would never had paid for this app without the ailment section which I feel is the most beneficial part.
I thought maybe it was because I needed to do an update either to the app, my phone or both. When I went into the App Store to check on the app, it no longer shows an ailment section in the description.
I’m very disappointed and may just delete the app, if it doesn’t go back to what I originally purchased.

Where did the “ailments” topic go?
Used to be able to search for oils to treat a specific ailment, now can’t find that search. Has it been removed or is it located somewhere else? That’s what I loved about this app...now, not finding it too helpful.
Not very useful
There’s only three options. The search bar always freezes and never finds anything. I tried typing “lavender” - it found nothing and I couldn’t go anywhere from there. I’ve deleted the app and installed it at least three times. Doesn’t work. Don’t spend your money.
