Terrible App
In this day and age, it is careless for an app that deals with large financial amounts and very important data to have such a bad and basic app. Invest in your app and provide a better customer experience. How cheap can an institution be???

What’s the point
I got this app thinking I’d be able to make payments to my current loan, but instead I have a “new account” to apply for another loan. No thanks, not helpful at all.
Doesn’t link
You cannot link your account and make mortgage payments.. this looks like it is only for people looking to purchase homes..
Hard to use
Not an easy app to understand. I can’t figure out how to link my loan to view it and make payments.
