Refuses to link
The app refuses to link to PC, there are bugs everywhere.
Used to work great
No longer able to connect PC. Keep receiving error. Wasn’t able to use the pts redemption when it was connected.
Missed out on 10 cents off 3 times now
Very disappointed as I am a long time pc optimum and Esso customer. Three full ups and unable to access 10 cents off. Have contacted support in Esso and pc optimum. One directs me to the other. Still no resolution. Looking to switch to Petro points for 3 cents off. At least there linked apps work

Cannot redeem points
For some reason the option to redeem 10,000 points for 4 cents off per litre is not there anymore. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing is working. I missed out on earning and redeeming lots of points to save money on gas.
App doesn’t work
This app barely works at gas stations, it says pump is active but pump never gets activated and then becomes un available
Was worthwhile. Not anymore
The app no longer allows the linking of PC Optimum account. An Invalid PIN error occurs even though no PIN is involved. Esso app blames PC Optimum and vice versa. Good thing there are other stations with points programs given the high cost of gas.
Can add points card
Points card won’t add, keep saying invalid pin when login is correct.
Can’t get past sign-up
“Complete” button never gets blue for you to finish sign-up

Have the developers abandoned this app? It’s been giving Invalid Pin error for months when trying to log in with my PC Optimum account yet there has been no updates to fix it.
Station not populated.
This app is awful. I’m at a station and the app indicates another station 1 mile away!!!

Won’t accept password
Despite showing passwords meet all requirements you cannot create your account.
Convenient
Using the app makes filling up that much quicker and easier. No need to get your credit card and optimum card just open app and activate pump 👍👍
Cannot Redeem Points for 40 litres
The apps does not have the 4000 points redemption option when using apps to pay. This happens just for the past 2 weeks. Please check

App broken - no longer allows use of points
For past month or so no longer allows use of points despite optimum card being linked and have plenty of available points. Have to go into the store to get the cashier to allocate the points. Please fix this.
