Outro dia a tela ficou preta impossível estacionar! O estagiário faz mas lógico não usa! Não precisa né!

FAQ

What is EstacionamentoFacil FERRAZ-SP?

EstacionamentoFacil FERRAZ-SP is a mobile application that digitizes the rotating parking system in Ferraz de Vasconcelos. It allows users to purchase and activate digital parking tickets (e-Tíquetes) directly from their smartphone, eliminating the need for physical tickets.

How do I buy e-Tíquetes using the app?

After installing the app and completing a simple registration, you can acquire credits using your credit or debit card. These credits are then used to purchase e-Tíquetes for the regulated parking periods. Transactions are secured directly with the payment operator.

How do I use the e-Tíquete after purchasing it?

Once you have purchased an e-Tíquete through the app, you can activate it for the regulated tariffs and periods. The system will register your vehicle's plate, validating your parking time without requiring you to return to your vehicle or display a physical ticket.

What happens if my vehicle is parked irregularly?

A vehicle is considered irregularly parked if it exceeds the maximum allowed parking time, if the e-Tíquete is not activated during the monitored period, or if an invalid ticket is being used. This can result in penalties according to the Brazilian Traffic Code and relevant municipal regulations.

Is this app available for all smartphones?

The description mentions downloading the app from your mobile phone's app store, implying compatibility with major smartphone operating systems like Android and iOS. Specific compatibility details would typically be found on the app store listing.
