About
One office, six plots of land and a legacy to live up to: found your own real estate dynasty.
Estate Empire is a city builder set in an isometric town made of many small building parts. You start in the 1870s with a tenement, a market and a brickworks, and turn a handful of plots into a lively district, step by step. Notary Greta Steinbach guides your first moves – you learn each mechanic right when it pays off.
YOUR DISTRICT, YOUR LOCATION
Buy plots, lay roads to your office and place homes, businesses and parks with care. Every building reaches beyond its plot: a park raises the rent next door, a factory lowers it. Stars show how good a spot is while you are still placing. Workers, citizens, artists and bankers move in – each with their own wishes.
THROUGH THE ERAS
From the brick and mansard roofs of the founding years through the Roaring Twenties and the post-war boom up to the vertical city: every era brings new buildings, materials and colours. In the tech tree you choose a direction – tenement block or town villa, factory or department store, newspaper or gentlemen's club. You can't have it all.
NEIGHBOURS WITH CHARACTER
You don't build alone. The Brandt, Ostwald and Vogel families have their own plans, their own money and a mind of their own: one keeps expanding, one never gives anything up, one sells if the price is right. Win them over with gifts and visits, form alliances – or make an offer.
TAKEOVERS WITHOUT FIGHTING
Money, influence and a good negotiation decide here. Buy shares in other families' buildings, earn your part of the income before you hold the majority, and take over a building with six of its ten shares. In a negotiation you play charm, pressure or an offer – matched to the family's character. And whoever bids for your buildings meets resistance: buy-backs, reputation and a newspaper that slows rival negotiations.
SETS, LANDMARKS, DYNASTY
- Sets like Market Square, School Lane, Industrial Yard or Gentlemen's Quarter give bonuses when the right buildings stand together
- Landmarks grow in five stages and shape your district
- Dynasty levels unlock new buildings and options step by step
- Daily reward, daily tasks and a collection for every day
A NEW BEGINNING
Once your district has grown, start over: in the old town, by the harbour, in the hills or at the forest edge – with a legacy that makes the next start easier.
A CITY WORTH WATCHING
Flat colours, soft shadows and buildings that grow with every level: smoke rises from the chimneys, the streets are busy, building sites get their crane. Zoom, pan, keep building.
FREE TO PLAY
Estate Empire is free to play. Optional purchases: gold to speed up construction and research, the one-time Builder's pack (no ads, a second and third builder crew, gold for 30 days), single builder crews and style packs with purely cosmetic facades. Ads come as optional reward videos. The neighbours in the game are computer-controlled families.
