Records stay in the app’s local container unless you choose to export them. No subscription or in-app purchase is required; the paid download includes the complete app. Turn on optional App Lock to require Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode when opening Estate Relay. Biometric matching is performed by iOS; Estate Relay does not receive biometric data. BUILT FOR INDEPENDENT USE Setup, backup, restore, deletion, and troubleshooting are documented in the app and public help center. Estate Relay does not offer concierge work, personal onboarding, managed migration, an account manager, phone/chat assistance, response-time commitments, or guaranteed individual replies. IMPORTANT BOUNDARIES Assignees are local labels, not accounts or invitations. Estate Relay does not message, monitor, dispatch, inspect, certify, or verify anyone. Readiness reflects the records entered on the device; it is not a physical inspection, safety certification, professional opinion, or guarantee. Do not store passwords, alarm codes, door codes, safe combinations, payment details, or other access credentials in the app.
