Solid Exan prep App
No study app is perfect, but EstatePass was the one I ended up using the most. The question bank is large, and the explanations helped me understand topics that I struggled with. It gave me a lot more confidence going into the exam.
Excellent overall
EstatePass is hands-down the best real estate exam prep I’ve used. The practice questions felt almost identical to the real exam, and the AI explanations actually taught me why answers were right or wrong instead of just spitting out solutions.
The mock exams built my confidence, the podcast episodes made my commute productive, and the personalized study plan kept me on track. I passed on my first try — and the fact that most of it is free is honestly unbelievable.

Pretty helpful
I was initially resitant to download this application but it actually has been helping me a lot. I have taken the New York State exam twice already and I can honestly say that questions are phrased similarly. It was worth the try. I like how you get a detailed explanation wherever you get a question incorrect.

Way better than the other real estate prep apps
I downloaded a couple of other exam prep apps first and they felt outdated — limited question banks and no real feedback on why my answer was wrong. EstatePass is on a completely different level. The explanations are clear and detailed, the AI study assistant actually adapts to what I need, and the mock exam reports break everything down by topic so I knew exactly where to focus. The app is also really clean and easy to navigate. I went from scoring 60% on my first practice test to consistently hitting 85%+ within three weeks. Worth every penny of the subscription.
