About
EstimateBill is an invoice maker and estimate generator that works with no internet at all. Create an invoice bill, send it on WhatsApp, and get paid — without signing up for anything.
Everything stays on your phone. There is no account, no login and no server holding your business records.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Make professional invoices and estimates in under a minute
• Turn an accepted estimate into an invoice in one tap — no retyping
• Send as a PDF on WhatsApp, email or print
• Track what is paid, unpaid and overdue
• Keep a client directory with balances and a full ledger
• Send payment reminders in three tones: friendly, formal or final
• Get a reminder on your own phone when an invoice falls due, and again if it goes unpaid
TAX DONE BY COUNTRY
Pick your country and the app knows what your tax is called and what your registration number is called — GST and GSTIN in India, VAT and VAT number in the UK, Sales Tax and EIN in the US, JCT in Japan, SST in Malaysia, TRN in the UAE. 58 countries are covered, with the usual rates one tap away. You can always type your own rate.
WORKS 100% OFFLINE
On a building site, in a basement, on a flight. Nothing is uploaded, ever. Your invoices are yours.
FREE, WITH NO LIMITS
• Unlimited invoices, estimates and clients — no monthly cap
• GST, VAT and sales tax for 58 countries
• Client statements and CSV summaries for your accountant
• Export your data whenever you want
• No ads, no tracking, no account
Two PDF designs are included. Exported PDFs carry a small "Made with EstimateBill" line at the foot.
