Does not work as intended
There’s no way to receive route/bus updates on this app. No realtime info/bus tracking. Lacks other important features. Poorly made app overall.
Review
The map will zoom out unprompted, which is extremely frustrating. On the feedback form, the prompts (“email address”, etc) are almost impossible to read, and once you’ve selected the option to fill out a feedback form, you need to completely exit the app if you want to leave a review or do another one of the options listed in the top right menu.

Completely useless. Buses come and go and never show on the map. Impossible to plan using this app.

This is the worst public transit app I’ve ever encountered. Period. There isn’t even an operational email to contact support.

Horrible Service
I would give this app zero stars if I could. I have been late to class so many times due to the buses not appearing on the app. This app is horrendous for students who depend on the bus.
They're a better option
if you’re having an issue with this app, you can most likely use Google maps instead. I use Google Maps for my bus routes in Charlottesville, Virginia and it has all the information necessary. I couldn’t figure out how to use this app and I am rather computer savvy.
The app literally is off center from the screen
Update it so it fits the screen. Looks like it zoomed in and doesn’t fit a smartphones design language with empty space
Needs improvement
I use the route 3 bus line in Loveland. The GPS tracking for that bus is never turned on so you can never see where the bus is located.
Worst app tracking
The bus is never were is supposed to be. It has a bad tracking system making me and many student to lose the bus several times. The maps looks awful and they don’t have the option to rate the bus system. My university purchased them because they’re cheap not good quality
Could be so much better
Much like valley regional transit, this app leaves much to be desired but is just enough to be the bare minimum. Could really use some optimization and cleaning up, the app too.

I had to get this app for my campus busses. I saw the star rating, and as soon as I opened the app I knew why. When I say unusable I MEAN unusable. The app's format doesn't fit my IPhone and as such I can't use it. I have two other apps and a website up just to catch my buss because this one can't do its job. Also, as a warning which I knew about going in, it has a terrible lag. I was told 2 minutes. But genuinely get to your stop 5 minutes before it says it'll be there at LEAST because the buss will probably be pulling out already. I don't know why it's 2026 and I'm being asked to use something from 2001 just to get to classes. I usually don't write reviews, but if I can sway people to not put their students through this nonsense- here you are. 0 stars if I could.

Sucks so bad
Literally the worst app. It’s ugly, annoying that you can’t set a default route, and just simply not as good as before. It takes so much longer to use than our old one. Mizzou needs to do better with how much everyone pays and this abomination is what we’re forced to use.
Location settings
I am sitting in Nampa, Idaho, and when I open the bus routes, I can only find Boise buses. Why can’t the app adjust to my location?

This is a terrible app. Times aren’t accurate and there even times when it tells you there aren’t buses when there are or will misplace the location of the bus from the time they are actually located.
Needs improvement
As a student who attends school, the buses are what i rely on for, going into sophomore year into senior year. this app has so much issues. The bus routes will disappear on me?! it just wipes off and i can’t see where the buses r when i press on the route, just tiny improvements like saving routes, setting reminders for when the bus is coming by a certain time you choose by, setting more accurate times, etc. if they actually cared about the people who use the bus they’d figure this out.
