Car never came
The car never arrived to pick me up. I did a scheduled pickup then a asap pick but neither worked

We had the same driver 2 times and he was very nice. He recommended a traditional restaurant for lunch. The ETAXI service is really good.
Terrible
Tells you a taxi is on its way, but doesn’t tell you that he’s doing 12 other jobs before he gets to you. Goes from “your driver is 5 minutes away, to “your driver is 26 minutes away”. Don’t bother
Gotten so bad
I used to only use etaxi, loyally, because it was the best taxi service in Pristina. I don’t know what happened, but it’s truly terrible now. Half the time they cancel my rides and the other half the drivers come but not to the right place, and when I press “call driver” it only directs me to unhelpful operators. Also the lag time on the map is horrible, so I can’t find the drivers myself. I just had to give a driver double what the ride was worth because he didn’t have change?! So disappointed

Great taxi drive and cab.
My driver was fantastic. We communicated in English via the phone and he was a great guy. A true professional. I appreciate all of his help.
