LOVE LOVE
First of all, I’ve never written a review for a game. Love how this game isn’t pay to play you can work for your leveling up with the option to pay if you want. Love the marriage system super cute, rarely games implement that. Love the immersive system to talk to other people and bond. The only thing I do wish for is for female and male gender options for ALL classes and more ways to customize your appearance. But I’ve never been so obsessed with a game since D2 so thank you !!

Heavy cash grabs
All the adds different completely from whats provided in game. played for 2 days and spent $100.. doesn’t worth it
Customer Support is Impolite and disappointing
The game itself is fun, and I’ve spent a lot of money because I genuinely enjoy it and want to support it. One of the biggest reasons I still want to continue playing is because I’ve met some truly amazing people in the game. The community has made the experience worthwhile, and I don’t want to walk away from that.
However, the customer support experience has been very disappointing.
There are obvious crashes and technical issues in the game, yet support seems to only look at things from their own perspective instead of listening to players. I reported concerns about players using modified versions of the game, which creates an unfair advantage over those of us who spend real money to build our accounts. That issue didn’t seem to be taken seriously.
I also experienced a bug during a wings upgrade event where something clearly went wrong, but instead of investigating the issue thoroughly, I received a dismissive response. As a paying customer, I expected support to at least review the evidence fairly and provide a professional explanation instead of simply brushing it off.
I’m leaving 3 stars because I still enjoy the game and the friendships I’ve made. I genuinely want Eternal Sword Pact to succeed. I just hope the developers invest more in customer support, take player reports seriously, and work harder to ensure fair gameplay for everyone.

Ce jeu est tout simplement exceptionnel ! Dès les premières minutes, on est plongé dans un univers captivant avec des graphismes magnifiques et une ambiance immersive. Le gameplay est fluide, les mécaniques sont bien pensées et le contenu est riche et varié. Les développeurs ont fait un travail remarquable, avec de nombreuses mises à jour qui améliorent constamment l’expérience. Que l’on joue seul ou entre amis, le plaisir est toujours au rendez-vous. Je recommande ce jeu à 100 %, c’est l’un des meilleurs auxquels j’ai eu l’occasion de jouer !

Higher level players ruin the fun
Grinding became a hassle very quickly due to higher level players insta killing bosses and mobs. It a decent idle game but the higher level playerbase is holding people down
