Lost my Ada wallet

I lost almost all my ada in eternl wallet because I couldn’t reset the password and I’ve reached customer support on discord which initiated a lace modal procedure, after which most of my Ada seems to have been transferred to 2 different accounts and none of them is mine. What a bad experience, stay away
