Total Garbage
This app is horrible I went to log in on the app with my info from the actual website and I couldn’t do it. I tried multiple times just to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong. It’s not me it’s the app. They need to develop their own app instead of having some 3rd party do it.
I just want to look at stuff and see how much it costs
Guess I’ll just go to the website.
Dysfunctional App
What a pain it was to try and use this app. First of all, to properly position an item is challenge enough, but then to add another item (e.g., the Aiden chair) is a nightmare. All this app did was make me not like the brand and move on to another furniture retailer for ideas. Apparently their design consultants have better software for visualization - so why is not the app instead of this? Also if you want product info - the app sends you to the website. SMH.

Useless app
App sends you to the website for product info, which is just stupid. And there are no prices on the website or on the app, which is also stupid and ridiculous. And clicking on an image in the app to get more info (because that’s how a normal app works!) doesn’t work — the app assumes you want to see how the item will look in your space. Dumbest app I have seen in ages, it lasted 5 minutes on my phone before I deleted it.

App doesn’t work
Not working for iPhone or iPad on iOS 15.5. Start the app and only a picture of the chair appears. Nothing else pops up.

Never Works
The app always says it can’t connect the the internet, but I don’t have actual connection issues otherwise. Total disappointment.
Embarrassingly bad
Not a native app. Poor use of permissions. Slow. Lowest bidder outsourced dev team nonsense. Deleted within a few minutes. Does not convey any of the style and sophistication of the brand. Everything that is wrong with mobile apps in 2021 in one very poor retail experience.

Too many icons & arrows...Can’t figure out how to put two objects on a table that are the same but are different sizes… I have used other apps… But this is just frustrating... plus I tried on an iPad with IOS of 14.1 & got ..”your device does not support augmented reality”.. basically I gave up..
Can’t scale to current furniture
This must be for a professional because I can’t figure it out! Specifically, if you can scale the new piece of furniture to your current furniture to see how it fits into your room size wise, I don’t know how to do it. If you want to place a new piece over one old piece but keep other pieces to scale, how do you do it? Terrible app for the average person!

Could be easier
I feel it should be easier to navigate this App. Compared to other Apps I find it difficult to shop for a chair and ottoman.
