Love it But…

This App is awesome I only have 2 complaints. I hope they get fixed in future updates. 1) [edit] a friend had to show me how to remove alerts. You have to swipe left like email. A better UI would have an X or something a little more obvious. 2) wish there was more control over alerts. I’d like to know every time Gewei hits 5 but want to limit it to 1 alert per hour or something. Because gas bounces. It might hit the target 50x in a day. Once per day is too infrequent but but every time is too frequent

Update after the merge? Not Working

It was a great app until the merge. Now it does not work but is frozen. Hope there is an update soon but I would not purchase this until the updated version is released with a date after the merge which was on 9/15/22

The login only works with "Sign In with Apple". You can use your personal email or the anonymous email generated by Apple. Thank you.

Great app but would be good to have an option for EIP-1559 gas too

don’t buy this; shocked by dev’s thick face

don’t buy this until you fully understand what you are getting. you can’t manually fresh to get the latest gas price. further, the update logic seems completely random. sometimes it could update every minute. other time the app just froze and won’t get you any updated gas price. what a genius design! i’m amazed by this developer’s utter audacity to put it on app store, and, to charge a fee!

财新通用户 I don't understand your review. The application doesn't need a manual refresh because values are automatically refreshed every minute. And it's been like that for the last 3 months with an uptime of 99.9%.

Great app

Guys, swipe left if you need to delete an alert in case you did not figure it out intuitively. This is an awesome app!

Good app

Alerts work fine for me. Bought this app for “heat map” of gas price related to time. Excellent way to plan the best time for transactions. Just one wish — Marcelino, please make a switch for permanent usage of dark theme for app and widget! Thx!

Great app.
Love the heat map but can you add the days to it? Like Monday Tuesday Wednesday etc.. to make it easier to read?
Also can you make the widget refresh quicker or set your own time?

This Is What I’ve Been Waiting For!!!

This app is fantastic! Thank you for putting this together. Loving the new update with the persistent alerts.

My only suggestion would be to add other time frames to the Home Screen for Max and Min in addition to the 24hrs, maybe weekly and monthly or something to give a good idea on gas ranges over time. For example, I frequently want to know what low gas is over the weekend so I know what to target. I realize some of this is in the heat map, but max min numbers help too.

Unnecessary sign-in required

Unnecessarily needs you to sign in with your Apple account to do even the most basic of tasks. I don’t know if I can or should trust it. I already regret paying for it.

Hi notjustyouraveragejoe, I'm sorry if you didn't read the app details to the end. Signing In (anonymously or not) with Apple is in the app description: "The login via Apple Sign In is required to manage alerts and receive push notifications on all devices registered with the same account."

A great alternative now that gasnow is gone

I bought this because I have struggled to find a good website to replace gasnow.org. This app is almost perfect. If the dev could make it so the notifications stay after they go off, for the next time gas prices drop it would be perfect.

The gas app we need

I hope to help get this app more visibility with this review. With Gasnow going out this has been one of the only places you can get a heatmap of gas prices. The alerts work great and the widget is perfect for my needs. I think the one thing that would improve this app is having a way to make alerts repeat instead of being one time. Other than that, well worth the purchase.

Refresh rate is to slow

Hi JJE. The refresh rate is once every 60 seconds. It could be more frequent but the value would be less accurate. In background, the median of several queries is made before updating values.

Min and max

The 24 hour max in the box on the main screen seems to agree with the second screen. However, the 24 hour minimum values do not. Also once an alert is set it can’t be removed or edited.

Hi Gules, thanks for your review. Your could remove an alert swiping left on a given alert. Regarding min-max values, on charts the average of the values is calculated to better display on the screen.
