No longer accruing rewards points
I have not received any rewards points for my last 3-4 purchases. Kind of a shame, spent a fair amount of money at the store but out of principle I absolutely will not be going back there.

THC Levels
If we could see THC amount first instead of Terps amount, the app will go back to being 10/10

Ethos is constantly experiencing technical issues. Either with their payment system, or ordering system. They have an app that rarely works. It’s weird to have the ability to mess up such a simple business by constantly tinkering.
Broken Login System
Can no longer log in, their one time code log in feature just gives errors with no other ways to log into your account. When I tried to contact the company via their website to inform them that this was broken, I couldn’t send the message because their contact page on the website was also broken and giving errors when I tried to submit anything. I’ve been shopping with Ethos for over a year and I’m severely disappointed with their complete lack of support for their customers when they need technical help.

Terrible, broken after update
There was in update in the last month that logged me out. No matter what I do the code they send me in email or phone number fails every time. Can’t log in at all. EDIT: App had another update. Still broken, the verify button does not work no matter how many login codes they send. Website works ok. App is broken trash.

the app is an easier version of the website and i’ve only ever met the nicest workers and people in their stores. i got very lucky in ethos being my closest option, because out of the places i’ve tried, ethos is my favorite place to go

Can’t use Shop tab with my account
The app updated recently so you have to log in again. Logged in no problem.
Then you go to the shop tab and you have to log in. Why am I logging in - I already logged in? I’m logged in on the home tab but not the shop tab? Once logged into the App I should be logged in under all the tabs (and before the recent update it was this way.)
The only ways to login at the Cart are not the same options when you open the app. I can either use Google, Apple, or as Guest… none of those are what I use for my Ethos account.
The “App Support” tab here on the App Store just takes you to the main selling website.
