Super easy to use and reliable!
I’ve been using this app to load money and exchange currencies, and it works perfectly every time. The process is quick, secure, and very user-friendly. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a simple way to get Etihad Guess points and use the money exchange feature when traveling.

Troubles from the very beginning
As soon as i downloaded the app i cant log in although i have an account and once i do the “crate an account” option it shows me that i have an active account and take me back to that broken page.
Also,, what an app with a card that doesn’t have an apple wallet feature nowadays ????!

App without update
This app was last updated 4 year back. I have this card and I use this App. But many time the App simply crashes. It seems they don’t have money to get the App updated with latest iOS, what a shame.
Absolute rubbish
There is no direct contact number for this card.If you call the number nobody answers.They charge you inactivity fee for nothing.Inwill cancel my card

Great idea horrible backend support
It was a great idea to introduce this milti currency wallet. But be aware its good while it works, the moment you have a problem there is next to no support, their numbers dont work, and if your lucky you can get routed through the etihadairlines main switch (if they pick up) and your issue can be solved in a few weeks/months. Its like they created this service and changed their minds but they were stuck with it.

Unfortunately the app keep crashing and even when it works (which is very seldom) it is not really useful.

Nonfunctional
Impossible to load money. Can't connect a bank because bank does not recognize the Walletplus account number.
Only option is to go to a currency exchange and have them load money.

Be careful
Never apply or get this card. Bad support , don't have a direct phone support. Worst thing if you load it from current account . I've done twice. The first time it took 6 days to credit my card , the second time it has been more than 4 weeks and the money I transferred is still with them and they have no idea how to trace them. Shame !Shame!

Buggy
I can't load money into the card from within the app. I keep getting an unknown error message. Clicking the app support page takes you to the Etihad wallet plus website, where there is no option for tech support.
Does not work
Etihad does allow connections at all. It locks user on actual site.
