Etix Scanner is used by Etix clients to scan customer tickets for events, helping to speed up entry. It can be used alongside other scanning devices for efficient event access.
Only Etix clients with ticket validation permissions can use Etix Scanner. You must be an authorized Etix client to access its features.
If barcodes are unreadable, Etix Scanner allows you to manually enter the serial numbers. This ensures that entry can still be processed even with damaged or obscured tickets.
