I would NOT advise this business if your looking for a decent despatch system! If your about customer service then again the mentioned points seams to be no customer service I emailed questions and over 7 days not even a reply to these questions.
I would defo look around there is places out there who have advanced systems in place for the same cost but much better customer service. When your a business and want to get business your on the ball to ensure your customers are happy yet I was not a happy customer after trying the system for a couple of days!
