If zero stars were available this is how I would rate them due to no customer service support. I believe it may be a robot responding because you address one issue but get a canned response that may not even deal with your issue. Once in a blue moon PayPal works and that would be the only time I would recommend you use due to no customer service personnel.

Refund since the responses aren’t helpful so gave up trying to follow up when I used the topup for the following month. If you give bad review they tell you to contact some email but to this day I have never received a resolution. So do as I do if PayPal works use it if not don’t….
