Ease of use
Very easy to setup your GBP account and deposit money.
Can then use the main eToro app for instant withdrawal to your bank account using the GBP eToro money account you setup which you can find under “wallet”.
You can also click in your wallet and press the “+” icon to move any funds from your USD account to your GBP for instant withdrawals if you deposited into the USD account initially.
I did a test deposit and withdrawal due to the reviews making me sceptical and it went flawlessly not sure why this is an overall 2.

Manque FaceID
Appli simple mais il faudrait vraiment rajouter la possibilité d’utiliser FaceID… on est toujours obligé de rentrer son password manuellement… dommage

The app is horrid. They need to start from scratch if they want to seriously compete with other banks and investment platforms. The UI is obsolete and the UX horrible. I am not using it again until they fix it and I am seriously considering withdrawing my funds from eToro.
Cashback is epic. App is poor.
No Apple Pay which makes this unusable for me because I don’t carry cards. Also the app is miles behind yonder, Monzo, starling etc. it’s very clunky, can’t see spending etc.
The 4% cashback however is incredible and getting stock back is awesome.

1.200$ disappeared and worst customer service ever received
I transferred €1,200 to my eToro wallet and they disappeared the instant I received them. I contacted support over and over again, and my wallet was blocked without any explanation of where the money went or how I can recover it. On top of that, I can no longer access the wallet, so I can’t even retrieve the transaction details to try to sort it out myself. All of this happened right before Christmas, when that money would have made a real difference. It’s impossible to speak to a real person, and communication is only via email, with 7–8 days of waiting for each reply, despite being a customer for over 6 years with tens of thousands of euros invested on their platform. Awful.

Where is FaceID login option?
Everytime I have to login and do Authentication, Everytime. there isn’t faceid login option in “Etoro Money”
Lost my money
Tried to sell some ethereum for GBP and the sell said failed, so I tried to do it again to find out that the money had disappeared from my account entirely. Support have been no help whatsoever so far

Waste of money & time. Useless platform to put money into. Go to Coinbase or Binance for crypto

Awful, buggy app - avoid
Companion app to the investment platform. Most features not available in the UK and very difficult to withdraw once you’re in. The Money app password reset feature is broken too.

Pour déposer des fonds aucun problème. Par contre pour récupère son argent même avec un compte vérifié c’est une autre histoire. Mon argent est tout simplement bloqué par etoro « pour validation ». J’attends encore avant de contacter l’Amf

This is an important app if you’re going to use eToro. Its functionality should be integrated in the main eToro app. This will make the service seamless and I will be 5-star-happy.😉

La gestione della carta di credito non ha molte opzioni (es. opzioni di abilitazioni sul singolo paese o su acquisti online, ecc.) non ci sono i documenti come estratto conto o documento con le condizioni contrattuali del conto e carta di credito.
