Garbage app
Every time I put a search, it doesn’t show me anything. It keeps on saying search not valid.
Very nice and detailed
This application has more features than other apps however, purchase and tax history are missing.
It doesn’t work for me
I can’t delete searches. Only a few favorites show up. search results show no houses even though I know there are houses there for sale.
Selected Settings are not retained
Selected Settings reset to defaults, not what I select, after each search. Especially, the emails to be sent monthly always resets to Daily or immediate.
Newest update won’t load
I’ve been using this app for about 8 years and now with the newest update it keeps saying error and won’t load any homes (even without filters). Can this be fixed?

Like that it is chronically listed by highest price and downward but getting back to where I was is NOT always easy. I only want to see Boca Raton but it jumps to PSL and other places……. wasting my time when all I want is westpalmbeach!
Vast Availability
I love to see much more options during my homestead search! This app gives me a lot of filter options and I am able to specify exactly what I’m looking for!

Is the app down? Website also not available. Everything erased after update..
Not used friendly
I am tech savvy and find this app to be whack! It is NOT easy at all to look up homes to purchase. Also, when I’m on line and I and asked to look at the home in the app, it is not synced, and I cannot FIND the house. It completely disappears in cyber space. Very annoying!!
The app hasn’t worked for weeks
This app/system definitely needs a bug fix I haven’t been able to access any new or previously saved listings. Even the blasts with new listings I’m unable to load them
Great Realestate app!
I just started using this app today and I already like it better than the Zillow app. I really love the ability to click on the dot on the map to hide it when it is a home I’m not interested in which reduces the amount of available homes in that area. I like the ability to quickly message an agent about a particular home. Also, there is a section for homes that I have hidden so if I want to go back and find those I can look in that section. The app does the typical sorting by the characteristics of the home you’re looking for. I think the only thing missing, but this is my first time using this app, is putting in an address to find out how far away that home is from a certain destination. Most the time I want at least three addresses to find the distance from the potential home to certain destinations.

We are looking for lakefront or river/creek and a cabin/cottage not a conventional house the filters don’t allow us to customize exactly our desires.
App Issues
This app stopped working and has been experiencing errors for over a week now. Houses aren’t loading and a 404/sync nucleus error message appears. There isn’t a contact number or information on the developer’s site. Hoping this review is seen, and they can get the issue fixed for their users.
