Why am I have to sign in every time?
Already 9 months… this review still the same… [November 2022] It just a web app, don’t waste your time to download and they could track you all the time.
Just go to their website on Safari, add to home screen, at least you can sign in to your account with keychain… the app refused to remember or using keychain at all.

Click and collect function not working
Tried for the whole day & it just kept loading without being able to choose the outlet I want to collect my order from.

Some Selection and Details Mossing from App

This app does not show changes to my order. That is, the website indicate an item in the hamper I ordered will be replaced. But when I made order from the app, it didn’t show.
After ordering, there is no order detail option.
So in the end, I revert to using the website.

Doesn’t work. Installed it today and opened for the first time and it errored out
Gives an error - Cannot call method “setChannelType” of null
App is lousy
I added about 10 gifts in the cart with the app, n I found something better later, I wanted to delete the previous item but I cannot, I kept getting error messages and can't do anything. I don't want to delete the app bcos I spent time selected some gifts I wanted. But why I submitted a help center email, my car became empty. It's a waste of time.

Hangs at login page. At the end, have to access via their website….
App interface dated.
Cart has errors when reopening after half a day. The cart seems unsure/confused by EYS membership and asks for membership login despite being shown the Eu | Rewards digital card.
Adding address doesn’t show up when checking out until I’ve restarted the app - this is bound to make some users quit and delete the app.
Checkout is a pain. It’s been very long since I’ve had to fill in full name, billing address, and even email address to use a credit card.
