Garbage
Mobile deposit doesn’t work after recent update. Makes you sign in twice each time. Its never been a good app, the last update makes it garbage material.

App is easy to use to check balances, move money between accounts as well as deposit checks.

Frustrating, lots of quirks, and it keeps me from monitoring my account and doing what I want to do with my money when I want to do it.
My BP shoots up 20 points when I have to deal with this site. I’m all too often locked out of the system, and have to wait until business hours to get it unlocked. It takes way too long to log on, pay bills, and find what I need. Setting up a new payee is a headache. I’m dreading tax time because this app is useless at sorting categories where I spent money. If I didn’t love this bank, this app would be a deal-breaker and I’d shop for a new bank. If you have ever used the Cap One system, this is the opposite of that.

Login issues
The Face ID only works part of the time. About every third time I login, I have to manually login. Otherwise, the app is fine.
Terrible
App is terrible to use. Constantly logs you out. Doesn’t remember log in info. Lags always
Better with update
Now they have fixed the face recognition it moves better. Would recommend an instant balance on the front
Frustrating to use
Constantly makes me change my password and then tells me that i’ve changed it to many times. when trying to go the website to work it out that tells me i have to many failed login attempts. Complicated to navigate and the least user friendly app I have ever used.
inconvenient
having to re-confirm email, user ID and password SOOO often, and having to toggle between website and app to access account gets SO frustrating.

Love this bank
The staff are always friendly and make you feel at home. The personal finance part of the app is amazing. Eureka Savings Bank has that personal touch the world has forgotten about.

Receipt bug
After I add a receipt and go to view it again it crashes.
Terrible
I am constantly locked out of my account, device isn’t recognized, always calling the branch with questions! App doesn’t tell retailer for days, but will give the address? This app is awful the old one was great and I never had an issue! Also this one doesn’t give you your running balance like the old one did👎

Can’t even log in to see how much money I have in my checking! Awful upgrade guys. Keeps telling me it’s not really me logging in. App is all messed up.
I want my old app back!
The new app was supposed to have great updates, but it has been nothing but trouble. Debit cards don’t always work, the app doesn’t have any information about spending from my account so I can’t verify purchases, and transactions take days to process. Overall, a very disappointing downgrade promoted as an “upgrade“.
