Helpful App

This App is very helpful, especially the Feature to make sheets available offline. As others mentioned, printing would be much appreciated.
One issue we faced: New vehicles weren‘t updated, e.g. BMW i4 or iX are available on your website, but not in the app. App version up to date. Re-Installation fixed it.

Funktioniert

Leider werden mir keine Datenblätter angezeigt, immer nur Fehlercode. Habe Internet, habe die Blätter heruntergeladen für offline, geht nicht. Sehr schade!!

Nicht möglich die App zu benutzen

Beim öffnen hängt sie und man kann nicht scrollen. Lädt sehr lange und aus dem Grund im Moment leider unbenutzbar.

Es sind nach wie vor viele Fehler in der Appund sie stürzt sehr häufig ab! Der Ansatz ist aber gut!

thank you for your feedback. Is it with a certain rescue sheet the app crashes? We had some bug fixes and the app should be working correctly now.

80% автомобилей нет в приложение… так что спасатели Европы не смогут помочь Российскому туристу, да и сам они не смогут справятся когда инструкция на Теслу состоит из 36 страниц…

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the app. The Euro rescue app however is focused on the EU 27 + UK countries. We are not sure if vehicle specifications are equal in your region

Why is it not possible to print the information to put them in the car?

No funciona

En mi teléfono móvil (iPhone 6) lo he instalado dos veces y no hay manera de que funcione, en el momento de empezar a abrirse se apaga.

Sehr wichtig mit Offline Funktion - leider unvollständig

Die Offline Funktion kann lebensrettend sein.

Leider fehlen zum Teil ältere Baureihen und bestimmte Hersteller sind gar nicht berücksichtigt oder nur teilweise.
Ich hoffe, hier wird nachgebessert.

This is a handy app for those involved in EV’s but is out of date. The rescue sheets need updating to the newer released versions and new models adding.

App ben fatta e chiara ma non aggiornata in tempo

L’unica volta cui c’è stato bisogno di questa app per una Renault Capture Hybrid di ultima generazione in fiamme, ovviamente il modello non era presente nel database e non abbiamo avuto modo di sapere ove fosse ubicata la batteria (che ovviamente è posizionata differentemente dai modelli classici) ne dov’era posizionato l’interruttore di sgancio della linea di alta tensione.
Ergo, APP INUTILE! Scaricatevi Rescuecode, almeno è aggiornato!

Hilft uns sehr

Endlich ein App mit der wir die Rettungskarten auf unseren Tablets vorhalten können. Nicht nicht alle Fahrzeuge enthalten aber da haben ich noch Hoffnung! Freuen würden wir uns über Rettungskarten von LKW, Bussen und Transportern. Ansonsten verdiente 5 Sterne

Good app

This is a very handy app not only for Fire & Rescue & Police but very handy for a quick guide for the motor & insurance industry.

The German language is a slight issue but if you know the components anyway it’s not a problem.

Well done on the app 👏

Language!

Afraid that unless you speak German as has been pointed out, it’s not very useful. Yes, my settings are to the right country.

The app’s interface is in English, but the report it downloaded for my LEAF was in German.

When we did not receive the rescue sheets of the car manufacturers in the correct languages, we provide the rescue sheet in the original language which is often German. Kind regards

Informative app

The app is very informative for those who need it either as part of rescue service or automotive engineers.
Could be nice to mention on the fact sheet the rating of the model.

Belle application

Beau design et très sympa de pouvoir voir les photos des véhicules. Rencontre un crash au moment de la première mise à jour et les Rescuecodes fonctionnent bien aussi au moment du scanner ! Beau travail !
