Not user friendly
1) When I select the artist the screen scrolls to the top putting the artist field behind the keyboard. The form should not scroll when selecting a new field.
2) After submitting a request, the entire form is blanked out. I should not have to keep entering my name, email address and also artist if I'm trying to add more than one song from the same artist
3) there is no validation of song artist pairs. When a user enters an artist, the song field should autocomplete with songs for that artist that you have available in your selection.
I'm using an iPhone 6s
