Good but slow
Everything is really good about the app. It has a lot of info about past and upcoming Eurovision’s and much more interactive things. The only downside is it takes years to load anything and i would like to see this fixed soon.
old app was for sure better
now dont get me wrong, this new version isnt too bad, but so many features are just not the best and you need to have a eurofan account for basic features like rankings. bad but slightly bearable

So I really like this app but when I tried to sign up but when you get to the part where you have to put your phone number it tells you to insert text so I did but for some stupid reason it didn't work so I couldn't use all the features of the app so I wish they could make the app a little more accessible for people who didn't sign up

Terrible App
This app just seems like a money grab to gather personal data and charge for votes while not being useful. Previous ESC apps had great information about performers, songs. It was a great companion to the broadcast. This app was not navigable and useless.
Results?
Woke up this morning to look at the results. NO RESULTS ON THIS APP!!

A letdown after 2025
I use the app once a year, when we sit down to watch the grand finale with my daughter and could not find details or pictures of the artists or their songs, no lyrics, easy to find translations or YouTube links - last year it just seemed to easy to use, not sure what happened with that version!
Why the heck can you not vote on the app
Come on ESC Team it is finally time for you to arrive in the 21st century, nobody likes SMS votes anymore

Can’t make use of it
I dont see what matters and its really hard to make use of it and can’t really even see the contestants clearly, 2025 was much better, also no point on creating an account for a once a year use!
Will just reset randomly
If you're following Eurovision and plotting your favourites, good luck. It just resets as you're using it
Scorecard Resetting
I’ve given up trying to use the scorecard during the grand final, it keeps resetting back to the position it was in after Thursday’s semifinal. I’ve tried tapping the reset button, resetting it myself by manually dragging all the countries back below the scoreline and even deleting and reinstalling the app, nothing has worked. It’s the most useful feature and you’ve managed to mess it up, well done.

The app has a lot of bugs - especially annoying with withdrawing selections in the scoreboard that forces you to create a new account.
Pay to vote?!?!
Been watching Eurovision for decades. Been using the Eurovision apps since they launched. This is the first time they’ve charged to cast a vote. So no votes from me. App deleted.
Scoring glitches
Lost my whole list as it reset for no reason. The others watching me have all had this happen too - we have ended up resorting to pen and paper - such a shame this feature is not working as it should as this was the only reason we wanted the app

I have been trying to sign into this app for the first 40 minutes of the show and it won’t let me so I’m giving up on voting on tonight’s show . A complete and utter useless app in my humble opinion
Rubbish
Trying to save my scoreboard but every time another song comes on it refreshes to an earlier setting and wipes my nights choices. Worts Eurovision app to date.
