System down for weeks
I am a patient, I love this place, I wanted to get the app but it won’t let me log in, I can log in through the website but not on the app, it’s very frustrating and has been going on for weeks. Get this fixed.
Login Issues
I’ve created an account and setup the password but when trying to login nothing happens. It won’t login. It doesn’t give any error message, nothing happens.
“Forbidden” to cancel
What is the point in having an app to help with scheduling if I can never cancel or reschedule an appointment on the app? The buttons are there to do so but when you try and do it, “Forbidden, Patient is not allowed to cancel appointment.” If you want to be strict about no-show policy I understand, but then allow people to give you notice by the same application they made the appointment on.

Worthless
What is the actual point of this app. It doesn’t log anything. So all of your information doesn’t automatically upload to your account on this app. Not your balance I can’t see how much I’ve paid and when and what it was for. I can’t see my current bill here. I can’t see my upcoming appointments.
Needs attention
Trying to schedule appointments is pretty easy. App needs a little work like the tasks, didn’t know I had to check in before I even showed up to do the tasks (seems a little backwards) and making us put home phone not even letting us skip over that part. Does anyone even have a home phone anymore? Lastly because of all of the difficulties I wanted to cancel my appointment and wait a few days to reschedule but I can’t even cancel my own appointments?
