Homepage won’t load

Starting from last month, this app just stopped working and I had like a few dollars in it and then I never can withdraw the money

scam app

First comment for iPhone apps and unfortunately the others are correct, this app is a scam: I still have $11 in the account and since last week, cashing out was never allowed

And now the app is dead: cannot enter the main interface and keeps refreshing.

We apologize for any inconvenience. The program was in its testing phase and was scheduled to end at a specific time and date. All members were informed in advance about the app’s decommissioning on the 30th of September. The email communication clearly outlined that any remaining balance could be used for in-app purchases (Offers) and that cash-out options would be very limited. Users have earned and withdrawn their funds successfully.

Seems to be a scam app

When you earned money in the app, you’re tying to withdraw, you can’t do it it’s not the available balance, then the customer service said will take 30days to become available balance. After 30days all the balance went to 0 they they claimed to paying the monthly fee. Now I have the available balance to withdraw but it keep saying system error. Just a scam

However, cash-outs were slightly delayed for users on basic plans, but not for those on higher-tier plans. Users have earned and have withdrawn their funds successfully.

Bad user experience, not able to cash out

Bad user experience, very hard to use, not able to cash out, and they charge the credit back each month. You earn 20$ credit for charging a month but next month they just charge it back.
Always error on cash out, and now I can’t delete my account

You cannot cash out. It just fetches your data and sell it else where

It won't give you any cash back. You can only see the numbers on your account but can't cash it out. Also, it may steal your data.

You won’t be able to cash out the available balance in your account, available fund for withdrawal is 0 while you have money on the account.

Available balance been used for subscription renewal without consent

Tried the app for a month, in the beginning it feels good accumulating cash back until yesterday all the balance was gone due to a spending event “annual subscription renewal” without me initiating this process, and I checked there were no annual plans would cost that exact amount. I have asked for a refund and would see how that develops

My money was gone for no reason!! Never got to cash out anything!!

I have been on base plan for a month, and I saw $20.01 in the earned money but couldn’t cash out at all. I was told that it can only be cashed out in 30 days. Fine, I wait. Suddenly, on the bright morning of Sep 1, I found that all the money is gone! Nothing in the balance, and nothing in the cash out balance of course! No explanation, couldn’t reach customer support. Even if it’s the base monthly rate, isn’t it just $9 a month? Why did you deduct all money from my balance?? Besides, you asked for so many permissions of my car. The battery usage has been way more than before. I suspect you did tricks to make the battery drainage much faster. I am collecting evidence of that.

I deleted the app!! It says explicitly on their website that they cannot guarantee the security of your personal information!! What a fraud!!

Feels like scam

First of all, this app asks for almost all the permission (both read and write) they can get from Tesla and your bank. I’m a developer and I know for sure this is more than needed. Then after you give out all your personal information they make cashing out impossible. You can see number grows in your account but the available balance is always 0. They wouldn’t tell you when that number become real money and keep monitoring all your information and make money out of it. This is completely a SCAM for most people. I don’t understand how Apple would allow something like this to be distributed in App Store.

Ask for so much info. Unable to cash out with the unlimited plan. My car is always awake when link to the app, waste the battery. This is definitely fraud!

Great app for cash back charging

Been using the app for a month. Referred by co-worker, at first, was able to cash out without issue. Last week, app support mentioned delays about cash out. Today, I received update about cash out resumed, and was able to cash out again. I did enroll for paid plan, since app is been promising, and support always answers question. Regarding the Tesla permission, I have other EV app that basically requires same app permissions, which I see as normal. Hopefully cash out would not be a issue in the future, I do see this is g great app that unique and will benefit EV community, and promote EV adoption.

Too much permission requirement

Why i have to grant this app the permission to add/edit driver and fully control of the car to use the app? Shouldn't read only enough?
My Tesla would not going to sleep anymore after using this app, causing more battery drainage
