Worthless

Scanned QR. It tells me to save time by downloading app. Downloaded app. Took 5 minutes just to start. Then I go to charge. Scan QR. Still had to enter CC# even though I did it inside the app. So much friction just to start. And now I see it’s 5h 30m to charge?! What the heck?!?! And they charge a $50 holding fee on your card! I’m going to drive the extra 10 minutes next time to go to a real charger.

Scam

This charging doc is one of the biggest scams. Not only is this one of the few chargers you have to pay but they make you pay $50 hold fee. It's been 24 hours and have still have not got my hold fee back. ChargePoint at Bella's is free, Avant at Midlothian is free all close by. Use those!

This app single handedly took the joy out of driving an EV. It also collects and shares your sensitive location information.
