Great

Very useful

Great for First Responders

From fire departments to hazardous materials response teams and all emergency services, this is a fantastic app with current and accurate information.

Love it

Very useful and informal in and outside my fire dept! Has been used on mvas, car fires, and more. Makes my job easier! Love it.

Good app

I’ve been using the EV Rescue app and it’s honestly one of the most useful tools I’ve come across for anyone in fire/EMS or emergency response. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, which matters a lot when you’re trying to find information quickly under pressure.

Pay wall

Use to be free now hides behind a pay wall.

Pay wall

Loved this and recommended to everyone, now it seems like another money grab

Was a Firefighters dream

Used to be extremely useful and has great information that saved a lot of time by keeping it all together. Was free and is now hiding info behind a pay wall.

Must have for anyone involved with EVs

All in one shop for first responders, technicians, electricians, contractors and those that want a quick reference for anything EV. Classes I do on EVs this is a fantastic quick reference using first responders guides all in one place. The little cost has huge rewards if dealing with EVs (cars, trucks, equipment and charging stations) while response guides are usually free the cost is making it easy to access and gives a full spectrum of EV systems all in one spot.

Not free anymore

I use to refer this app to others , as a firefighter it was great for a quick look and helpful, now it requires a subscription and hides all information until you pay.

Have to pay now

This tool was a valuable tool to have until they started charging for it.

Was free now it’s not

It was a good app but now you have to pay for it

Good info but too much

The app is full of good info, but it almost has too much. Scrolling through pages of the vehicles user manual just to find battery. Location is not designed well for a timely response with first responders. Will be looking for another app that is more succinct.

Use to be FREE!

Use to be free, now they charge monthly for it. Why not have a free version with ads if you need money that bad!

No longer useful without subscription!

Used to be a great reference for fire responders. Now everything is hidden behind a paywall requiring a subscription. Just be aware before downloading!

I don’t want to pay for the app

The premise of the app is good but in no way do I want to pay $2.99 a month or $20 a year for something I’m not going to use often.

Great for quick reference

Well done lads! Every firefighter should have this

This app is amazing. Very informative and useful.

Inconsistent

Not free for more than a short period of time. No info on the first generation Chevy Volt. Great and to the point 2 pages of info on the second gen Volt. Way too much info for the Nissan Leaf, 35 pages no less. Not feasible to look through all that in an emergency. I couldn’t look at any more samples before it made me choose a plan. Uninstalled.

Response from developer

Hi! We have recently made all access to the application free. Also if there is ever any info that is missing we encourage you to reach out. Each Emergency Response Guide is separated into the same sections so that you can easily access the info that you need. Some manufacturers provide more info than others, which is why there is a range. We would love to hear your feedback. Please email us at support@evrescueapp.org

Just installed the app on our tablets on the engines and trucks over here in PA!
