Way too long to support newer iPad versions
The developer said they are working on adding support. Way too long. Obviously not a priority and now that iOS 15 is out, it will become even more problematic.
Text of my book blurry
Tried everything but the text of my book is blurry. Using an iphone.
Doesn’t work at all in my iPhone 6
Once I open a manual , there’s nothing but blank white screen and nothing works.
Can’t bookmark
As the other reviewers said it doesn’t work offline. Also, there is no way to add bookmarks to pages for easy future access. If companies are going to charge the same as a print version the purchaser should be able to make bookmarks and add notes especially since it is a textbook!!

Does not work offline
What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t even work unless I’m online? I bought an e-book for my BLS provider course and downloaded the e-book for “offline access”. The offline access does not work at all!! All I get is an error message that I’m not connected to a network. All these extra steps to view a PDF file that I purchased. And I can’t even see it when I need it.

Keeps kicking me out
This app is terrible! I bought an ebook for a course and I’ve downloaded it to my device and it keeps kicking me out of the book. Doesn’t matter if I’m using WIFI or not. Total piss off. I’m now out some serious money for the books I ordered not to mention I won’t be able to get the hard copy in time for my course!

Useless app
Repeating what the other person has said. You need an internet connection to use this app, offline viewing does not work even if you have downloaded the contents. I bought an ebook and I can’t even use it on my iPad for my course.
Isn’t as easy as it claims
Eats my battery. Offline mode doesn’t work. Requires network connection to log in even if you’ve downloaded your text for offline use. Doesn’t save username and password even if you have the box selected.
