The worst Charger ever

Since there is no option to give negative review with a heavy heart I’m giving 1 star.

Were ever you try the EVCP the chargers are always at service or has problem.
The worst part you will know that after doing the payment and there is no option to refund the amount paid.

The station showed as available in the app when I went to the station it didn’t even have power. When asked with customer care they casually said it’s not working. Had to find another station with 2% charge. Will never trust this app again.
