About
How much can you spend until your next income? Evela works it out.
It’s a money tracker you fill in yourself, by hand or by voice. No bank logins. Cash, cards and accounts in any currency add up to one total, and AI notices what’s changing in your spending.
Voice entry, a daily spending range, purchase checks and Insights make up the Evela AI plan: 14 days free, no card. Entries and your total are always free.
JUST SAY IT
“Coffee, three dollars, cash.” One spoken sentence becomes a draft expense with the amount, category and account, for you to check and save. Voice understands eleven languages, including Spanish, Hindi and Japanese. Typing always works, and it’s always free. Voice entry comes with the Evela AI plan.
HOW MUCH YOU CAN SPEND
Available is the money on the accounts you spend from, minus anything you’ve set aside, like savings. Net worth, everything you own, is shown as its own number. Both are on every plan.
Safe to spend turns Available into a daily range: what you can spend each day until your next income. Until Evela knows when that is, it runs to month-end. Every range has a confidence level, low while your history is short. An estimate from your entries, not a promise. Part of the Evela AI plan.
CAN I AFFORD THIS?
With the Evela AI plan, you enter the amount of a purchase and Evela shows a range: how much would be left until your next income if you bought it, and whether that looks fine, tight or risky. And two ways to fit it in: wait until then, or go with a smaller amount. Options to think over, not a ready answer.
WHAT CHANGED, IN NUMBERS
Evela reads your expenses and points out what moved: a category creeping up, a payment that repeats, a week that doesn’t look like the rest. And a warning when money may run short before your next income. Observations with the numbers behind them, not financial advice. On every plan, each entry gets a one-line reply, “Since yesterday” shows what shifted, and Spending pace tells you if you’re spending faster than usual. The full Insights feed is part of the Evela AI plan.
NO BANK LOGINS
Evela never asks for a bank login and never connects to one. Apps tied to a bank skip cash, accounts abroad and currencies nobody syncs. An expense tracker you fill in yourself works wherever your money is. Accounts in several currencies sit side by side, with daily exchange rates and totals in the currency you think in, each conversion labelled with its rate and date.
FREE, AND STAYS FREE
The money tracker itself: unlimited expenses, income and transfers; accounts for cards, cash and savings; full history. Spending by category. Reconcile cash: you count, type the number, Evela shows the difference. Net worth and CSV export. App lock with PIN or Face ID, and a private mode that hides amounts. Typing works offline, and entries sync later.
THE EVELA AI PLAN
Every new account gets the plan free for 14 days, no card needed. When the trial ends nothing is charged: you subscribe, or stay on Free. Billed monthly or yearly, renewing automatically. Manage or cancel in your app store’s subscription settings, not inside the app. Power has the same features at a higher price, for those who want to support a small team.
PRIVACY
Your data is encrypted on your device and synced to your own cloud account. Voice entry, Insights and category suggestions on every entry send our speech-recognition and AI providers only what they need: the text of an entry, account and category names, the totals behind an insight. Never your full history. Your numbers are never sold and never used for ads. The full list is in the privacy policy.
Evela is a personal finance tracker. It is not a bank, does not connect to bank accounts, and does not provide investment, tax or financial advice.

What's New in Evela AI
1.2.0
September 25, 2026
• You set your regular income and payments; “until your next income” now runs from your income date, minus what is already due. • How much you can spend is a range now, shown once there is enough history. • “Can I afford this?” takes the purchase name next to the amount. • Voice: a clear entry saves on “Done”; a check opens only when something is unclear. • A short checklist on the overview, “more steps to the full picture”, shows what is still missing. • Smoother lists, plus small fixes.
