Great. Does it well.

Works as promoted. Would be helpful if I were able to keep several projects, even it was limited to 5 or 10. Also the ability to print a summary of the layout and calculations.

Excellent app! Request one feature…

This app is great for my work, and I haven’t had any issues with it. It would be nice if you would input multiple sizes rather than just one size as I don’t always need to arrange several conduits of the same size. Sometimes they are different sizes to space out evenly. Thanks for the app, and maybe you could add that feature in the future. If it’s already there then I must not know how to find it.

Very poor app, you cannot put the measurement in if it’s bigger than two numbers or even see what you are putting in.

Doesn’t work

App worked great for a few weeks now can’t be opened. Gives me a message telling me to restart the app but there is no way of doing that. Tried deleting and redownloading but same error comes up. Tried contacting the app creator 3 times with nothing coming of it. If they are able to fix the problem I’d gladly change this to a 5 start but it not opening on my phone at all is more than annoying.

Excellent app

The developer is responsive, and as I see from looking at other reviews has made recent updates to make this app even better.

This is a useful tool that helps to quickly calculate things, and provide a visual reference.

Not good

Hello I downloaded the app for comparison.
But I saw quickly this app has few major issues. First if you type into the field a longer distance.. let’s say 2meter or 2000mm .. and then you want split it in 15 or 17 even spaces. U can’t read the numbers. What is missing .. first for bigger distances the chance to enter in cm or meter that you can read the numbers. Or at least let us zoom in to read the numbers. Otherwise for bigger distances useless and I wasted the $3. Unfortunately in this stage I can’t use it!

Hello WNIFBC - I apologize that this was your experience with the app. You’re right - the examples you laid out cause the app to be quite unusable. While it’s not exactly the solution you proposed, I’ve just released a new version of the app that allows you to display a table with each piece’s start and center measurements. I’m hopeful that even when there’s not enough space for the preview to show all the pieces & measurements, this table will still provide the essential data you’re looking for. Residential Remodeler - Very Helpful

While the app could use a few directions and tweaking, its actually extremely helpful. From a pro perspective, I realize there are many ways to divide up a space, but once you get how this works, I think it makes it so much quicker. It’s absolutely worth getting.

Suggestions:
1) Change the label from ‘update’to ‘calculate’, it’s more intuitive.

2) When new information is entered, highlight the update/calculate button, so the user realizes they need to click it to change what they’re seeing.

3) Most helpful for me, would be to label the starting measurement of every point versus the center measurement of every point or have it as an option. For example, if the spacing is calculated out and the center of X aligns with the 2 1/2” mark, but its 1” wide and actually placed beginning at the 2” mark, that’s how I want to see it to lay it out with a tape measure. Otherwise I need to find the center of every piece and line up both centers, just adds work.

Hello, You need to: - increase or decrease the number of pieces - toggle the “Pieces on ends” switch - press “Update”

Good thing it was only .99 cents

Only goes up to a width of 12’ worthless to me

That’s incorrect. There is no limit on the numbers you can enter. Try entering a larger number, then pressing the white “update” button.

I never considered looking for an app to help with spacing stockings on the mantle for Christmas decorations but I’m glad I did. The is a very easy to use app. Thanks for taking the time to create it!
