evengate.

evengate. helps homeowners in Reno and Sparks explain a home repair and get quotes from vetted local contractors. Start by describing what's going on in your own words, the way you'd explain it to a neighbor. Add a few photos if you have them. Our assistant asks the questions a contractor would ask and turns your answers into a clear request, so you don't need to know the right terms or the name of the part. Contractors review the job details and photos and send you a quote for the work. You see the quotes side by side and choose who to hire. There are no calls to field and no forms to fill out before you know what the job involves. Before a contractor can quote on evengate., we check their contractor license, their general liability insurance, and a background check on the owner. What it costs evengate. is free for homeowners. You pay the contractor for the work, at the amount you confirm when the job is done. evengate. adds no fees. For contractors You can review a request and its photos for free before deciding whether to quote. There are no advertising fees, lead fees, or subscriptions. Contractors pay a percentage only when they're selected and the job is finished. We're starting in the greater Reno area with heating, cooling and plumbing work.
