This event app was very easy to use and intuitive as a user. I liked selecting sessions to attend and adding them to “My Agenda”. Also very easy to submit evaluations for each session I attended.
NWES attendee experience
I loved using EventMobi at the Northwest Event Show. I attend many events are rarely find an app as useful. The UI is just so simple. An example is when you open the schedule, it automatically shows today’s day and time instead of the very first session on the first day. It’s little things like that that make using the app so convenient.

Makes Conference Life Manageable!
Having the schedule at my fingertips was a lifesaver at a 3 day 3 floor conference with much happening at all times. ? The input or the app. Specifics of the event agenda were left out and made it hard when doing a walking tour. The conference app by EventMobi at ICCA UK & Ireland has continued to evolve and improve each year. It’s now an essential element of the event which enables you to stay on top of the schedule, network and engage with conference content. In particular I value access to the delegate list, photos, bios and messaging function.

Features were over promised
We were sold a long list of features, however the person we worked with was not aware of the limitations. This resulted in us maxing out our allotted support time, costing additional money for more support. We eventually scrapped the whole project and did not launch.
Helpful tool
EventMobi has become a critical platform we use when planning events, from registration to check-in. Reg forms are quick and easy to set up and overall the process helps us save time. This has helped us run our events more smoothly. I hope EventMobi continues to expand its features and is receptive to community input.
