Event Farm points the finger at Clear and Clear points the finger at Event Farm. All the while, client be damned! As long as you fit their “mold” you’ll be fine, but if your event is not typical, good luck!
Get Green Plum instead
Eventfarm check-in is the best product out there for its cost. This is the old app and is starting to be buggy. Download their GreenPlum app instead.
Sort of scammy
This is a paid app. They give you a very crappy semi trial limited to 25 guests. Deff don't waste your time
Couldn't even log-in
I downloaded this app the day before an event I was running to assist with check-in and data capture. After creating an account as requested, the app did not recognize me or let me log-in. I contacted customer support by email who got back to me relatively quickly. They asked me a bunch of questions about hardware, iOS version, etc., none of which led to any obvious fixes. I answered all questions, and, two days later, have heard nothing. An app that doesn't work is useless, and an unresponsive support desk is a waste of time.

I am a professional event planner and have been using Event Farm for almost 2 years now. The functionality, reliability and support are unmatched! Do yourself a favor and start using it for all of your events. Love the speed update! Now I can also say it's the fastest event app I've ever used!!
Didn't have features I wanted
I was disappointed that I couldn't create an event within the app--that had to be done through their website. Plus, they require the use of a special template for the guest list. This wasn't as simple to use as I had hoped.
Best check-in app around
Hands down the event farm app is the most robust, branded and well supported app on the market. These guys do events for a living and you can tell. The analytics section is great and allows me to quickly see how many of my VIPs, Press, Clients are in the door.
New Update!
Event Farm continues to make updates that make the app more user-friendly and polished. Love that you can see registration questions and answers for each guest right in the app. The app is becoming even more of an on-site tool for my team.

I've used the Event Farm check in app through several versions for quite some time now, and I've got to say the functionality just keeps improving! The ability to search for names, emails, and an "other" field as well as filtering by different ticket types makes it extremely versatile, while the feature that synchronizes it with other devices and allows guests with multiple tickets to "leave behind" extra tickets for tardy friends makes it INDISPENSABLE if you're running multiple entrances.
Well thought-out functionality and intuitive search make it a no-brainer. It also features an offline mode but to get the most out of the app make sure you have internet access at your venue before you get there!

Great service and easy to use
The app works with the service so I had to get set up. Once they started me the app worked great! I got everyone checked in quickly and eliminated my line problems with an old style paper list.

The folks at Event Farm have stepped up their game once again! I loves the old app, but the new one fixes any complaints I had and adds a whole slew of new features!
