Event Leads Capture

Event Leads helps teams capture and qualify leads at trade shows, conferences, and in-person events—without juggling paper or spreadsheets. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Leads — Create, edit, search, filter, sort, and organize leads in one place. Duplicate detection by email and phone helps keep your list clean. • Quick capture — Snap a photo of a business card; the app uses on-device OCR to read text and prefill the lead form so you spend less time typing. • Badge and card scan — Paste vCard or QR text, or scan supported codes, to create a lead from parsed contact data. • Rich notes — Record audio (with optional speech-to-text where supported) or video and attach it to a lead so context is never lost. Parse that data out into structured values. • Export your way — Export to CSV, a single self-contained HTML file (with embedded media where applicable), or a ZIP bundle with leads, media, and a manifest for your CRM or follow-up workflow. • Follow-up — Open a prefilled thank-you or intro email from a lead using your customizable subject and body templates (mailto). • Settings — Set the event or trade show name, email templates, quick note snippets, and app language (English or German). PRIVACY AND DATA Lead data and media are stored on your device for this build. Review your privacy policy and App Store privacy questionnaire to match how you operate in production (e.g. analytics, crash reporting, or any backend you add later). REQUIREMENTS Microphone, camera, and photo library access are used only for capture features you choose to use. An internet connection is not required for core capture, OCR (when offline assets are bundled), and local export—consistent with your shipped build.
