Event Pulse Announcer

This application allow company management or an event organization to create events (Public or Private) and send notification to users who are authorized to see these notifications, using tokens for private events or any user who subscribes to a Public event. Once an announcer sets up the organization and event they can then input notifications - text or picture attachments to the users which are automatically sent to their users.
