Attendees not loading
I have to keep deleting the app and reloading it to get the most current list of attendees. It does not update them automatically.
Does not work
App does not show attendees. It shows people are registered but no attendees. It does not work.

Works Great for our Music Festival
We have used Event Tickets Plus for 3-4 years now for our check in. The updates only get better!

Seems to work well … only issue I cannot see any attendees in any of the events that have attendees .. shows the correct amount of attendees but no names show

Terrible App
Looking for another solution for client website after testing this app. The platform is fine but if the mobile app is trash. Does not have the ability to focus via the camera hardware so you must scan from a far distance away. Would be a terrible experience for people scanning at the door and hold up the line. There is a large "box" that it wants you to use to scan the code but when lining up a QR code with this box it simply WILL NOT FOCUS so you cannot scan. Look elsewhere for a solution to your event ticketing system.

No solo falla al leer algunos códigos, sino que a veces, cuando tiene que leer muchos se ralentiza. También hecho de menos que esté en español
debe mejorar
Contento con el servicio web pero debe mejorar en el detalle de los tickets. Necesito saber la hora a la que tickan los qr al igual que mejorar el enfoque de la cámara a la hora de escanear. La app en si va lenta, pero con esos dos detalles mejoraría bastante.

Doesn’t function as well as it should
Scanning QR codes is hit and miss and when it does scan the alert to say it’s scanned successfully doesn’t work so you don’t know if the attendee has been checked in or not
Has never worked for me.
I have a vanity domain and this app has never connected to my site. All the license keys are correct. I’ve emailed support and all I get is “we’re working on it.” I must be able to track students as they come in for state requirements. This has been a huge headache from day one.
Yes, I do have to login to the admin panel to manually check students in. However, that’s a bit inconvenient as they are greeted at the door, then walked up to the front of the room. Since this info is private I’m forced to log in and out of the admin panel so many times it’s more of a hindrance than it is a help. Can y’all please fix this?
If you’re not using an https:// prefix or a .com dns you’re pretty much out of luck.

Usually slow to load and not reliable
They need to improve this app. Sometimes it opens and shows all upcoming events; sometimes it takes forever to open and only shows a few events.
Unreliable
Just used this app for a large event. We had a strong wifi signal; however, the app was wonky and did not successfully scan many of the codes. Thankful I had a list printed out as this would have been a disaster without it. Not happy at all with Event Tickets Plus. Will not use again.

Can’t get past boot screen
I was able to open the app once today, and every attempt since has stopped me from getting past the boot logo.
Is there a way this could be addressed? This was a primary reason for purchasing this license
