Event Trails

Getting event attendees to visit all the places of interest is a challenge for planners. Event Trails turns that challenge in to a fun exercise. Event Trails is an engaging and rewarding experience for attendees of events, trade shows, and other organised occasions. Using the app to navigate a predefined trail and follow along with the story, event attendees explore their local environment, find event markers, and collect rewards. The series of Event Trails clue locations are strategically placed around the event locale. Using the app, the user is guided on an engaging journey to areas of the event they might have otherwise overlooked. At each location a QR code can be scanned, which unlocks additional information about the specific trail, with further clues and in-app animations being revealed. With all the clues collected (or tiers depending on the event arranger) the attendee can then 'trade in' their finds for rewards, such as discount codes, merch, etc.
